This piece is an interpretation of one of my own childhood drawings. It is a self-portrait with accompanying non-rhyming rhyme from my childhood, “I can tell spring is here because my dogs are barking”. Clearly, I had something important to say back in kindergarten. This is art therapy at its finest!
